1. Definitions

• Service: The Ydidu-PDFs application and all related services provided by Ydidu-PDFs.
• User: Any person or entity who accesses or uses the Service.
• Content: Any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a "strong" password (a password that uses a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

Ydidu-PDFs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Service to any third party.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Ydidu-PDFs and its licensors.

6. Payment, Fees, and Refunds

• Subscription Fees: Certain features of the Service may be available only through the purchase of a subscription. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ydidu-PDFs makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ydidu-PDFs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ydidu-PDFs and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

10. Termination

• By Company: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
• By User: You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service or by contacting us at joeuzoproject@gmail.com.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
